Assistance from our federal delegation

While David’s office cannot intervene in matters handled by the federal government, we are fortunate to have Congressman Jim McGovern and U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren and Ed Markey representing us in Washington. To get assistance with federal programs or agencies or to comment on legislation in the U.S. Senate or U.S. House of Representatives, reach out to a member of our federal delegation using their office contact information below.

Our federal delegation can help you resolve problems with:

  • Social Security, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSD)

  • Medicare and Medicaid

  • Federal veterans’ benefits, records, and assistance

  • Federal student loans

  • Federal housing assistance

  • Immigration, passports, and visas

  • Tax refunds and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)

  • Military service academy nominations

If there is an emergency and you require immediate assistance from one of our federal representatives, contact their in-state office by phone.
